The title of this series refers to the weight, the gravity of things not said - for whatever reason. Those little things can become, over the years, like rocks trapping one in a suffocating tomb.

Working on this series was powerfully healing for me. It helped me understand how potent visual language can be as a catalyst for emotional re-integration, and how the act of creating is essential to healing the gaping wound that signifies an apparent estrangement from the wholeness of existence.
